As a General Office Clerk, you will be required to perform tasks such as administrative assistance, data entry, and scanning files. Your role will also involve the adept use of Microsoft tools and maintaining digital databases.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Accurately entering data and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word to accomplish tasks and manage office functions
  • Keeping digital databases organized and updated
  • Organizing and managing files systematically
  • Performing scanning duties as required
  • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word
  • Demonstrated experience in Organizing Files
  • Capability to perform Scanning tasks efficiently
  • Experience working with Digital Databases
