What does a Coordinator with Paul Davis do?

  • Manage all phases of job costing within our internal accounting system and QuickBooks Accounting Software
  • Manage the daily administrative operations of the office
  • Answer phones for customer intake and coordinate new service activities with the operations team
  • Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for office in conjunction with a CPA
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

  • Team Qualifications (Requirements) :

  • Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks Online with proven experience in job costing, financial reporting, and billing processes
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, if needed
  • Desire to continually learn new things
