This thriving medical practice now seeks a confident and ambitious Front Office Coordinator with strong interpersonal skills to join the team and contribute to their mission of exceptional patient care.
As the first point of contact with patients, the Front Office Coordinator is integral to the practice's success. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, gathering patients' information, and providing an exceptional experience.
The ideal Front Office Coordinator candidate will possess a positive and uplifting attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Scheduling appointments for patients, ensuring that appointment times are efficient and optimized.
- Collecting patient payments.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed.
- Conveying information with providers promptly.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
