Store digital and hard copy files according policy and regulatory requirements.
Copy / Scan files from physical storage and prepare for off -site storage.
Assist with organizing files for easy access.
Archive and store physical files as directed.
Work collaboratively across three departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
One to three years of administrative / clerical experience working in an office setting.
Must have experience with digital imaging software and equipment, knowledge of electronic file structures, and familiarity with records-retention requirements for the government.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe, Word, Outlook
Ability to lift heavy files and boxes of records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal / people skills.
Ability to follow directions, complete tasks timely and accurately.
Exceptional time management, prioritization skills, and an ability to be flexible in reprioritizing.
Able to handle multiple tasks / projects concurrently, with tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
Understanding of and experience with document management.
Ability to be on site up to 5 days per week.
