Job Title : Office Manager

Location : Rancho Cucamonga, CA (100% onsite)

Schedule : Full time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay Range : $30-$38 per hour DOE

Summary : The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all areas of HR for 50-60 employees, assisting in certified payroll, labor compliance, and accounting.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Overseeing all areas of HR for 50 to 60 employees

Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new staff

Maintain positive relationships with employees

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Verify employee timesheets and enter into Quickbooks

Monitor various aspects of employee benefits including enrollment and inquiries

Maintain employee benefits / deductions on various government / county websites

Maintain Fringe Benefits spreadsheets

Expense Report verification

Public Works and Certified Payroll reporting as needed

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience working in HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Accounting within a small construction company

Advanced Microsoft Excel user (formulas and sorting)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management is a plus

PHR and / or SHRM certificate preferred

Construction or Engineering industry experience
