Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and assist in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace.Key Responsibilities : + Perform accurate data entry and maintain all records and files properly.+ Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and phone calls.+ Organize and manage documents, both physical and digital, for easy access.+ Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and event coordination.+ Prepare routine reports, letters, and other required documentation.+ Provide outstanding customer service as a point of contact for inquiries.+ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and address any administrative issues that arise. Requirements + Proven experience in an office environment (1-2 years preferred).+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills.+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
