Key Responsibilities :
Oversee office operations and tech, ensuring a smoothly functioning and organized environment.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, including invoicing, expense tracking, and report generation.
Assist in basic HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR-related activities.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline communication and enhance cross-functional teamwork.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage procurement as needed.
Contribute to creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere for both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive assistant or office management role, preferably within a team of 20-30 individuals.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management.
Basic HR experience, including onboarding and record-keeping.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
