We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Haslett, Michigan. This role requires someone with a high degree of organization and attention to detail, who will work on-site to ensure the smooth running of our sizable residential property.
Responsibilities :
Handle inquiries from prospective tenants, including scheduling and conducting apartment tours, as part of leasing support duties.
Respond to tenant concerns and maintenance issues in a timely and detail oriented manner.
Coordinate with Robert Half to manage work orders and resolve problems.
Carry out general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Manage email correspondence and maintain up-to-date tenant records.
Oversee the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phones to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
Collaborate with Robert Half to monitor and address property needs, keeping track of work orders and tenant communications.
Use sales experience to highlight available units and upsell features that align with tenant needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement, with the expectation of using this tool for various tasks such as data analysis and record keeping.
Strong scheduling skills are needed, as the role involves managing appointments and coordinating meetings.
Candidates should have basic office skills, including but not limited to filing, typing, and handling mail.
Experience with a switchboard is necessary, specifically with handling 1 to 10 lines, as the role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential, as the role requires document creation, editing, and formatting.
