Benefits :Josey Medical Clinic is located in Carrollton . We do have a office in Lewisville and Denton too.
JOB DUTIES [Are To] :
- Answer incoming telephone calls / emails and responsible for taking messages.
- Greeting patients and visitors courteously and helpfully
- Register old as well as new patients. Scan patient demographics, identifications, and medical insurance into the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Checking patients in and out of the clinic .
- Help patients with insurance benefits and their paperwork.
- Collect Co pay / Deductible / Self Pay Fees.
- Schedule appointments with doctors; calling patients to remind & confirm appointments; rescheduling patients from the bump list.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and printed forms
- Sending daily summary to admin at end of day.
- Candidate able to multitask will be good fit.
- Other duties as assigned by the providers.
- Cross Cover if needed.
- Experience in Eclinicalworks EMR is plus.
