Major law firm in Los Angeles is seeking to hire a Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills. Unlike most Receptionist positions, this is a "room for growth" opportunity if performance level is high! Recent college graduates with 1-2 years experience handling phones and administrative tasks in a law firm or corporation are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities will include managing incoming and internal calls, greeting and directing clients and visitors, Conference Room and catering scheduling, making travel arrangements, and special projects as assigned. Additionally, Receptionist will assist with invoicing, documents, reports, data entry and other clerical duties as needed. Firm seeks a candidate with a highly proactive and positive outlook and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), multi-line phones, scanning, faxing and general business applications required.
