Welcome Desk Receptionist
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors or staff
Act as first point of contact for TriZetto Provider Solutions (TPS), requiring email and occasional phone communication
Maintain the reception area while deploying badges as needed
Complete administrative and clerical responsibilities as directed
Assist in coordinating internal and external events
Monitor and reorder office supplies
Receive deliveries and distribute accordingly
Successfully complete all required service training
Interact regularly with internal departments leaders and teams to provide optimal support
o Professional appearance expected
Summary of Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher strongly preferred
A minimum two years of relevant servicing experience in a professional environment
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and relevant keyboarding skills
Complying with HIPAA policies, Company Policies and federal / state laws
Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Position requires in office work (8 - 4 : 30pm CT) M-F
