Essential Duties :
- Maintains the ship calendar and job numbers for all of New England.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all phone inquiries from customers and vendors
- Serves as primary customer contact for billing and / or administrative issues including contracts for all of New England
- Liaison with legal and accounting for billing and payment related issues
- Ensures invoices are processed accurately
- Ensures payables are coded properly
- Schedules appointments, meetings, lunches for customers and vendors when necessary
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, ordering of office and kitchen supplies
- Ensures all office equipment is maintained and functioning including copier, fax, and all electronic equipment
- Assists local timekeeper to ensure payrolls are accurate and timely
- Sorts, reviews and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
- Supports the Operations team as needed
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
