Our Corporate Access Control & Surveillance Officer safeguards operations during 3rd shift. Your mission: keep facilities secure, uphold policy, and respond decisively to alarms and incidents while working independently with minimal supervision.

Core Duties

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity.
• Control access points; ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas remain locked and secured.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and related security equipment.
• Respond promptly to alarms, safety concerns, and security incidents.
• Enforce company security policies and site-specific post procedures overnight.
• Record incidents, patrols, and unusual activity in thorough shift logs.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, and suspicious behavior to management.
• Assist authorized employees and contractors; coordinate with emergency responders as needed.
• Project a professional, alert presence throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work overnight, plus weekends and holidays as assigned.
• Strong observational ability and effective communication.
• Proven focus and alertness through extended overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to follow post orders independently.

Physical & Mental Capabilities

• Frequent foot patrols across facilities.
• Calm, effective response during emergencies.
