Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. You must have a life insurance license or be able to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
