Our Marketing and Sales Trainee Responsibilities :

Analyze and deploy new and cutting-edge marketing campaigns to attain new clientele and increase gross sales margins for a pest control clientDemonstrate excellent client service and effectively manage multiple projects with a high degree of confidence, independence, and sound judgmentThorough knowledge, understanding, and execution of new products, services and sales promotions offered by our clientsIdentify, analyze and recommend potential services to new and existing customers that meet their needsProvide candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner to senior sales staffCollaborate and strategize new marketing and sales campaigns to execute and present directly to consumersOur Marketing and Sales Trainee Requirements :

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Account Coordinator, Sales Specialist, or Client RelationsProfessional, passionate, and friendly demeanor with the ability to make anyone feel welcomeAbility to identify areas that can be streamlined or enhancedCapable of acquiring new skills quickly and apply them to solve complex obstaclesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and commitment to company valuesExceptional public speaking skills and confidence in front of a room
