Job Summary As a successful Field Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level Lead Service Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins.
Complete the services with the utmost care and professionalism.
Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Install and test new equipment.
Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
Complete job reports.
Provide the type of customer service that would achieve a 5-star review.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to travel locally and work according to a changing schedule.
Excellent time management skills.
Mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to problem-solve.
Good communication and training skills.
Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
