Job descriptionProficient in providing technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. Strong focus on customer service , with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently. Provide comprehensive operational support for IMAC requests within the IT infrastructure at various locations, including office spaces, reservation centers, and airports. Field service and dispatch support : Offer service and customer support during site visits or remote dispatches. Diagnose and resolve technical issues : Identify errors or technical problems and determine the appropriate solution. Generate detailed service reports : Document all service interactions, detailing problems, resolutions, and customer feedback. Process documentation : Maintain clear and organized records of technical processes and solutions. Performance data analysis : Collect and review data to provide technical assistance and improve service delivery. Workflow and scheduling : Align daily tasks and troubleshooting with team schedules for optimal service delivery. Solution documentation : Provide accurate documentation for resolving complex issues, ensuring all steps are detailed. Workaround procedures : Develop temporary solutions when standard procedures fail, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Technical troubleshooting : Assist field engineers, technicians, and customers with software and setup errors by providing clear technical solutions. Customer relationship management : Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication. Safety compliance : Ability to safely use ladders for on-site installations and troubleshooting.

- Experienced in FE Backfill DTW Day-to-Day Break / Fix support with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) requests.
