Your Opportunity
Our Environmental Services group is looking for an experienced oil and gas / energy professional to join our team as the Oil, Gas & Energy Sector Lead for the Gulf Coast Region . We are on the cutting edge of the Energy Transition with significant growth in supporting our clients in Hydrogen, CCUS, CO2 pipelines, and renewables as well as traditional environmental services support in the upstream, midstream and downstream segments. Your Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Help set the vision and lead the expansion of our oil, gas & energy business in the Gulf Coast region.
- Support the achievement of continuing national growth for the Oil, Gas & Energy Sector.
- Manage and grow one or more key client Account Management programs within the Oil, Gas & Energy sector.
- Develop and maintain a broad range of client relationships throughout the sector.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities consistent with the vision and strategic plan.
- Drive revenue growth opportunities for the entire range of Stantec services and champion an integrated services approach.
- Work with the regional business leaders (RBLs), regional growth leaders (RGLs), regional geography leaders (RLs), discipline leaders (DLs), other sector leaders (SLs) and business center leaders to meet net revenue, gross margin, and operating income targets in the groups
- Support growth of a team of high performers. This will include supporting recruitment and retention of subject matter experts, project managers, and account managers within the Environmental Services practice.
