Position Summary :
The Transaction Banking Product and Digital Channels teams consist of skilled Product Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Support representatives, and Project Managers dedicated to developing and maintaining online banking products that fulfill our customers’ financial requirements. This mid-level role is intended for a motivated professional with 6+ years of experience seeking to advance their career in Digital Product Management. The successful candidate will collaborate with Senior Product Managers to ensure the delivery of a modern, seamless onboarding experience via the MUFG Exchange platform, as well as oversee self-service functionalities.
Major Responsibilities :
- Manage high visibility onboarding strategy and initiatives with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and an improved customer experience
- Partner with technology, operations, sales, compliance risk and client delivery to build and deliver a new onboarding and maintenance experience for MUFG’s digital channels
- Produce and commercialize metrics and key details for self-service onboarding and maintenance of customers
- Works with front-line and customer advocacy staff to ensure that feedback about the product experience is obtained, analyzed, and utilized to drive product changes and enhancements.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities to partner with FinTech services.
- Works with internal teams to ensure that front line personnel are trained on all aspects of our Digital Products; this may involve updating product demos and user guides and facilitating training or Q&A sessions.
- Works with Product Managers on competitive analyses, reporting on product performance metrics, strategy planning and presentations.
- Assists with routine vendor management and risk management tasks.
- Helps coordinate internal communications, marketing activities and schedules.
- Advocates for outstanding customer experiences.
- Supports online product deployments. Related activities may include the creation of product bulletins, updating the intranet site, user acceptance testing, and production validation activities (may occur outside of business hours).
- Actively ensures compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures. Successfully completes all requisite corporate and business line compliance training.
Requirements :
The typical base pay range for this role is between $134K - $169K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
