Position Summary

The Lead Cloud Engineer will be a Technical Subject Matter Expert / Individual Contributor accountable for leading the organizational transformation in onboarding various data consumption and business intelligence tools into Google Cloud. You will contribute to ensuring cloud tool enablement, solutioning, and implementation are successful by being an expert in Google Cloud security, networking, access management, and authentication best practices.

The Lead Cloud Engineer will :

• Lead Tool onboarding and enablement, covering design, development of tools, practices and culture.
• Create and propose cloud engineering solution concepts related to tool enablement which cover Google Cloud security, networking, access, and authentication best practices.
• Partner and work with the enterprise cloud engineering group to ensure proposed solutions meet existing policy requirements and best practices.
• Implement approved solutions by working with necessary enterprise cloud security, networking, and IAM groups.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure teams are adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Keep up to date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization's cloud tool ecosystem.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

124,372.50 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
