Sr. Partner Onboarding Manager
Our client is a leading insurance partner, and they are looking for an Implementation Manager : Partner Onboarding Manager to join their team! This role will focus on new clients, leading them through the entire sales cycle and implementation of their insurance platform.
Location : 100% remote. Candidates need to be local to either Eastern or Central time zones.
Here's what you'll be doing :
- Managing new clients from later stages of sales cycle through their implementation and integration of the company's SaaS platform
- Overseeing cross-functional team members (business and technology alike)
- Heavily focusing on relationship and stakeholder / client management
Driving continuous improvement in the delivery model across tools, processes, and people for program management activities
