We are looking for a results-driven Insurance Onboarding and Retention Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

Role Overview :

As our Onboarding and Retention Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for new and existing customers. From welcoming clients to cross-selling additional products, your expertise will drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.

We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ''A'' players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You must have an active P&C or personal lines license for this position. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Responsibilities

New Customer Onboarding : Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for all new clients by walking them through their policies and answering questions.

Policy Reviews : Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure coverage meets clients evolving needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Retention Efforts : Proactively handle cancellation calls with empathy and professionalism, addressing concerns and offering solutions to retain clients.

Late Payment Outreach : Manage outreach to clients with late payments to maintain coverage and ensure their needs are met.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional lines of business that align with clients' needs, adding value to their coverage portfolios.

Tracking & Reporting : Maintain detailed records

Requirements

Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty or Personal Lines).

Proven track record of success in a similar role, with strong experience in onboarding, retention, and cross-selling within the insurance industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Ability to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
