Job Title : HR Onboarding Specialist

Duration : 1.5 months

Location : Richmond, VA 23229

Shift : 8 AM – 5 PM EST (60 minutes lunch)

Job Description :

• This role serves as to assist with pre-onboarding paperwork required for new medical staff residents for this year.
• This role will assist the Onboarding Specialist II with issuance of lab orders. In addition, this role will be responsible for sending out links for the new medical staff residents to complete as part of their pre-onboarding process.
• The Onboarding Specialist I will keep track of all completed results, uploading documentation to the HRIS system and ensuring daily updates are completed as results are returned.
