We are seeking dynamic candidates for a Gynecologic Oncologist position with The Southeast Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TSPMG). This clinician’s role is to consult and treat (medically and surgically) patients with gynecologic cancers. This individual will also surgically manage patients with benign complex pelvic pathology.
Ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited fellowship program in gynecologic oncology, board certified or board eligible in gynecologic oncology, board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, with most of their cases performed in a minimally invasive fashion-Robotic surgery (based on case list review). New graduates will be considered.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Consultant to clinicians in the department regarding management of patients with benign and malignant conditions
- Medically and Surgically manage patients in the department of Ob/Gyn with malignant conditions
- Surgically assist in the management of patients in the department of Ob/Gyn with benign complex conditions
- Refer patients to Radiation Oncology (internal service)
- Refer patients to the Infusion Center for chemotherapy (internal service) and manage related complications
- Prescribe chemotherapy to patients with gynecologic malignancies
- Perform lectures to colleagues in the Ob/Gyn department
- Collaborate with TSPMG radiation oncologists in developing treatment plans
- Assist with advancing the MIS skills for other surgeons in the department
- Collaborate with genetic counselors as needed
- Assist with the development and performance of a clinical research component in the department
