About the position :
The Oncology Clinical Nurse Navigator / Coordinator functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team who has clinical nursing expertise in cancer. She / he is a clinical resource, advocate, and educator. She / he works with the goal of helping patients overcome health care system barriers and facilitates timely access to treatment. She / he is responsible for ensuring all patients with a cancer diagnosis receive quality and comprehensive services. She / he coordinates patient care across the continuum, from diagnosis through survivorship. She / he serves as a clinical resource with expertise in cancer care management and is a liaison within the facility and to the community. She / he is present in the medical oncology clinic as a vital member of the oncology care team.

What you will bring :
Salary Range : Minimum 43.57 per hour - Maximum 67.53 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
