We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive our digital marketing strategy in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including SEO, paid search, social media, and more. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing automation, analytical databases, and work flow. You will be responsible for generating leads, working with external agencies, and leveraging marketing cloud technologies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales growth.

2. Leverage marketing automation tools to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer journey.

3. Perform deep dive analysis using analytical databases and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

4. Manage work flow of digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.

5. Collaborate with Google Ads, Social Media, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI.

6. Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales metrics, like ROI, customer acquisition costs, and lead generation.

7. Work closely with external agencies to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

8. Utilize marketing cloud technologies to streamline processes and improve overall marketing efficiency.

9. Generate leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid search, and social media advertising.

10. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and potential new channels or strategies.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

3. Proven experience with marketing automation, analytical databases, and work flow.

4. Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, paid search, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.

5. Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and interpreting marketing reports.

6. Experience working with external agencies and managing relationships.

7. Familiarity with marketing cloud technologies and their application in a business setting.

8. Proven track record in lead generation and conversion.

9. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
