Salary: $62,000-$75,000/year*

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience + profit sharing + benefits

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’ll Do in This Role

You will own the execution of high-quality, brand-aligned copy that supports marketing initiatives and drives progress toward business goals. You’ll craft compelling messaging that reflects Ramsey’s voice, resonates with customers, and clearly communicates our value, while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate your work through feedback, innovation, and thoughtful collaboration.

This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both the customer and the business. You’ll proactively grow your business knowledge and contribute to strategies that improve customer experience and conversion, and play an active role in building a collaborative, high-trust team environment. Success in this seat means delivering excellent copy while helping the team move faster, think smarter, and execute better together.

You’re Likely a Strong Match If You:

• Bring 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising copywriting
• Provide a portfolio that includes relevant marketing or advertising materials
• Are open to learning and aligning with Ramsey’s voice and ways of working
• Enjoy working within a cross-functional squad environment, partnering with marketers, designers, and paid media specialists
• Has a clear understanding of short-form writing, with a willingness to prioritize concise, conversion-focused copy

• Consistently delivers copy that aligns with brand standards and supports business goals
• Drives improved customer experience and conversions through clear, compelling, conversion-focused messaging
• Demonstrates understanding of business goals and how their work contributes to measurable outcomes
• Comfortable leveraging tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and elevate the quality of work
• Actively contributes to a collaborative, low-drama team culture through strong communication, openness to feedback, and healthy conflict
