Role Overview :
The Sales / Business Development Market Research role is a self-driven position focused on generating and executing sales objectives for the organization. This role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, driving sales efforts, managing the entire sales cycle, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts with assistance from Senior Management to finalize deals. The individual in this role is expected to meet the sales targets set in the business plan while ensuring high standards of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Experience in the Market Research industry, particularly with both qualitative and quantitative online research methods and solutions, will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify target organizations, including both end clients and Market Research (MR) firms, interested in collaborating for sample supplies and joining the Marketplace platform.
- Drive client acquisition by understanding their business needs, long-term objectives, and recommending suitable market research services and solutions.
- Manage and execute the account management strategy and oversee account reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on any account-related matters or concerns.
- Act as the liaison between Operations and Clients.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key client decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal Business Leaders and key departments to ensure timely completion and submission of pre-qualification documents.
- Participate in both internal and external events as required.
