Are you a seasoned Sales Manager ready to drive growth and lead a dynamic sales team? We are looking for an accomplished leader to spearhead our sales efforts, ensuring market expansion, pipeline management, and top-notch customer satisfaction. This pivotal role demands strategic acumen, exceptional team management skills, and collaboration across departments to achieve our ambitious sales objectives and bolster our market presence.

Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute a robust business plan and sales strategy aligned with company goals and profitability targets.
Implement targeted marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead and inspire the sales team through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Create and execute action plans to drive sales leads and optimize team performance.

Collaborate as a member of the Denver leadership team to shape long-term strategic direction.

Sales Operations and Customer Management

Ensure competitive pricing strategies are applied consistently across all products, considering factors like order size, freight costs, and customer potential.

Proactively manage idle / inactive inventory through strategic incentives and customer promotions.

Personally engage with key accounts to nurture relationships and drive sales growth.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Foster seamless communication and collaboration with counterparts across Triple-S Steel facilities to ensure uniform pricing and exceptional customer experiences.

Represent Triple-S Steel at industry gatherings and trade association meetings to promote our products and services.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in the steel industry.

Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.

Strong leadership abilities with a knack for team management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and other sales management software.

Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving customer issues promptly.

Willingness to travel as needed to key accounts and industry events.
