Location : Lakewood, New Jersey, USA

Job Overview :

We are seeking two dedicated Online Shoppers to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for those who enjoy shopping and have a keen eye for detail. As our business expands, there are significant opportunities for growth and additional shifts, making this a perfect fit for ambitious individuals looking to enhance their careers.

Shift :

Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 6pm

Friday 7am-11pm

Key Responsibilities :

Work onsite at a Grocery Store and be available to assist with collecting online shopping orders.
Utilize a mobile application to view and manage shopping lists, which include pictures and descriptions of each product.
Scan products as they are added to the cart and ensure they are checked off the list.
Carefully select replacements for unavailable items based on system recommendations and personal judgment to find the closest match.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone to confirm order details or discuss replacement options.
Assist in customer service tasks, including calling customers for order collection and other inquiries.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail during the shopping process.

Requirements :

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work the required shifts with potential to take on additional shifts as needed.

Proficient in using mobile applications and technology for order processing.

Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.

People skills are essential!

Skills :

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

A proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additional Information :

This role requires you to be on your feet and moving throughout the shift. You should be comfortable with physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting light to medium objects.
