Responsibilities

Participate in conference calls, support live activity teams, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed. This position will require occasional evening or weekend work to attend committee meetings, as well as limited travel a few times per year to support program initiatives and deadlines.

Who you are

• Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution is required. At least 3 years of experience in developing online education programs, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role leading small teams or overseeing projects.
• Industry Experience : Prior experience working within medical associations, medical education, or healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills : You are proficient in Association Management Systems, Microsoft , Teams, Zoom, Learning Management Systems, and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. Experience with Oasis is a plus.
• Leadership & Project Management : You have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are key to your approach.
• Collaboration & Communication : You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with ACCME continuing medical education standards and accreditation processes is preferred.
