write clearly and concisely , using simple language to explain complex tax issues Excellent use of the English language, including spelling and grammar Ability to understand and interpret customers' tax questions without seeing their tax return Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills Technical proficiency using a variety of cloud-based applications, search engines, Google Workspace, and essential computer skills such as Microsoft Office and file management Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week), flexible within five set days of the week
