Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) | Webster, TX 77598

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Webster, TX 77598 . This role involves providing expert care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. If you are an OR RN with a passion for surgical nursing, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Position Details :

Degree : Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty : Operating Room (OR)
Shift : 12-hour shifts (Nights and Days available, depending on contract)
Location : Webster, TX 77598
Start Date : Multiple start dates available
Assignment Length : 13 weeks
Job Type : Travel RN

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare patients for surgery and provide preoperative education.

Assist the surgical team during procedures by handling instruments and maintaining a sterile field.

Monitor patient vitals and condition during surgery.

Provide postoperative care, including pain management and wound care.

Ensure compliance with all OR protocols and safety guidelines.

Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.

Minimum Requirements :

Experience : Previous Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.

Licensure : Current RN license in Texas or compact state license.

Certifications : BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Skills : Excellent organizational, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.
