Highlights of our campus include 60000 square feet of integrated primary and specialty care physician clinics ambulatory surgery center birthing center with private birthing suites Level III Trauma Center with 24 / 7 emergency services 92 inpatient beds and an outpatient diagnostics center with lab and imaging services. Built on the pillars of convenience wellness and person-centered care we offer inpatient and outpatient care at one site with an emphasis on preventive health wellness and health education.

The surgery department at St. Anthony North Health Campus Hospital consists of 8 OR rooms 1 cysto room 1 minor procedure room a GI room and a room for pain management. We are an ortho heavy department - fracture management total hips knees and shoulders and the ortho service continues to grow. We also perform general ENT GYN urology spine and plastics. The patient mix is comprised mainly of adult surgical patients. Patient care is provided for adult geriatric adolescent and pediatric patients. Our mission is to provide safe care to the surgical patient. Job Summary and Responsibilities

Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $20000 sign-on bonus!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for :

Facilitating communicating and collaborating with both the healthcare team and the patient / family to identify and meet the physical emotional and spiritual needs of the patient.

Promote the optimal health well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care organizational mission and core values.

• Previous OR Experience Required

Day to Day duties :

8 OR Suites 1 Cysto Room1minor procedure room

Anticipating an addition of two new ORs by Oct 2025

Approx. 600-700 cases per month

Schedule- 36 hrs / Week- Variable shift times / days per surgical Volume and current unit needs.

Call required- Approx. 4-6 call shifts per 6 week schedule block. May Vary

Weekend Call isweekday call 1900-0730
