Delegates tasks for investigating and resolving patient/family concerns.
Facilitates collaboration with physicians, providers, and teams for optimal, safe patient care.
Monitors resource needs, manages equipment, supplies, medications, and ensures safe environments.
Maintains clinical expertise, provides supervision, and performs clinical duties as required.
Collaborates with Nursing Clinical Practice for compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulations.
Creates developmental opportunities, builds relationships, and coaches for performance improvement.
Oversees tactical action items, ensures policy compliance, and aligns with business strategies.
Manages hospital admin functions including HR, budgets, safety, training, and regulatory readiness.
Develops strategic partnerships, leads multidisciplinary teams, and manages 24/7 care delivery.
Drives operational improvements, root cause analysis, and strategic projects for quality and efficiency.
Ensures standardized, safe care with continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); MSN preferred.
Experience in patient care delivery.
Experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or related field.
Prior Experience in leadership role (with/without direct reports).
Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
Main OR experience in acute care hospital required; CNOR preferred.
Patient care delivery management.
