Position Details
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
Location: Bronx, NY
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Days
Guaranteed Hours: 34.5 hours per week
Requirements
Active New York RN License
Minimum of 2 years of CVOR RN experience
Current BLS Certification
Circulating and scrub experience required
Experience with the following cardiac surgical procedures:
CABG
EVH (Endoscopic Vein Harvest)
Chest Closure
Thoracoscopy
Wedge Resection
Aortic Valve Procedures
Mitral Valve Procedures
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
Ability to work effectively in an acute care surgical environment
