Googler Experience Operations Specialist, Scaled Operations Management

This role is a 12 month contract position. People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. To address these complexities, our HR teams offer a structured, location-based approach for delivering HR support.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities :

• Deliver above and beyond operational excellence within service line(s) in the US, driving service delivery, service planning, ensuring SLAs are met and activities follow process timeliness & accuracy targets across all service areas through continued improvement of operational accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholder teams and the wider team within Googler Experience Operations (GXO).
• Lead GXO operations execution related to initiatives and programs, implementing and executing on service delivery improvements and new process / scope changes in this space, including external activities.
• Collaborate with the other GXO across regions, Googler Experience (GX) and PXE to intake and / or standardize the work across regions.
• Develop deep expertise in the systems supporting Googler Experience service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
