Job descriptionSupport strategic and operational initiatives by assisting with project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion Identify inefficiencies and gaps in the current legal workflows and recommend solutions to streamline processes across the department Manage Legal Department inboxes, ensuring requests are accurately logged and routed to the appropriate team members for resolution Help maintain the Legal Teams data environment by supporting data organization, reporting, and document management efforts Generate basic reports and assist in building dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide insights into legal operations Learn and apply SQL basics to retrieve data, create simple queries, and support reporting needs Support training efforts by assisting with the development of training materials and helping team members navigate new technologies Stay informed on legal operations trends and technologies, sharing relevant insights with the team to support innovation Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize and manage tasks, developing time management skills in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, summarizing data and process updates in an understandable way Bachelors degree in business, law, or related field 2+ years experience in legal operations, legal administration, or related roles Strong knowledge of legal processes, technologies, and industry best practices Experience with legal management software and tools (e.g., contract management systems, e-billing platforms) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
