Have experience with technical implementation projects, especially in software development. Have experience with billing and invoicing for projects. Have knowledge of Rock RMS. Tend to paint everything bright orange. Have an unusual interest in Rock lobsters.

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced operations analyst / project manager. This position is a key hire that will allow our team to take Rock RMS to the next level by providing project oversight and accountability.
You’ll be :
- Supporting projects from sales through execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and timeline.
- Coordinating various stakeholders and technical team members during project phases from initial development through migration, implementation, customization and support.
- Communicating proactively with all stakeholders to provide accountability, identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements.
- Anticipating resourcing for future projects in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Preventing and solving problems through critical thinking and detailed understanding of our industry, project types, team and culture.
- Utilizing Rock RMS, project management, time tracking and invoicing software fluently.
