Risk Management Professional
This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be three per week, averaging 12 days per month, in one of the following locations : St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN, or Southfield, MI. The Risk Management team is seeking a strategic, influential, and data-driven professional to lead risk initiatives supporting the Operations division. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, demonstrated risk management experience, and the confidence to effectively challenge and influence senior / executive leadership. This role is responsible for performing risk assessments, conducting research and analysis, preparing executive-level reporting, and consulting with stakeholders across Operations to promote risk-aware decision making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation efforts across Operations.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational and emerging risks; prepare and present findings to leadership.
- Identify risk trends, monitor key risk indicators, and deliver timely reporting to senior leaders and regulatory stakeholders.
