Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, financial statements, and fiscal reports
Manage and supervise fiscal and administrative staff, providing guidance and mentorship
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement financial and administrative systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making
Review and approve complex financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
Lead audits and ensure organizational adherence to state, federal, and internal regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
Extensive experience in fiscal management, budgeting, and administrative operations preferred
Proven leadership and team management experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
