Job descriptionBachelor's degree. One year of experience managing people or projects. Three years of insurance, operations, or related experience. Knowledge of Property and Casualty products and services. Desire to lead and inspire team members to achieve optimal results in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization. Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to various audiences. Relationship building skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and / or external partners. FOR EBRM ROLES : Business and financial acumen as it relates to billing and receivable management with the ability to make financial decisions that balance customer needs and company financial expectations. One year of insurance, operations, or related experience. Health Insurance : Employees and their eligible family members including spouses, domestic partners, and children are eligible for coverage from the first day of employment. Retirement : Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum. If you have student loan debt, you can enroll in the Paying it Forward Savings Program. When you make a payment toward your student loan, Travelers will make an annual contribution into your 401(k) account. You are also eligible for a Pension Plan that is 100% funded by Travelers. Associate Operations Manager
At Travelers, our Enterprise Operations teams strive to deliver differentiating customer and agent experiences, help drive top-line revenue and underwriting results, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and efficiency across the Enterprise. As an Associate Operations Manager, with guidance and direction, you will develop your leadership skills by leading a small team of Operations professionals, coaching and mentoring to build a highly effective team and drive business results. The team may be comprised of virtual, hybrid, and / or onsite employees.
