Job Responsibilities :

• Identifies and escalates potential OFAC related items.
• Complies with internal and external Rules / Regs / Procedures of the ACH Network.
• Resolves unidentified differences in GL holding accounts.
• Resolves customer research issues.
• Interacts with a wide variety of internal colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Adheres to internal / external SLA’s
• Escalates system issues and customer complaints to management / ACH vendor.
