We are seeking a motivated and creative Operations Associate to oversee merchandise displays and store layout. Get to know some of our most coveted brands by executing eye-catching and attractive merchandise presentations. Encourage sales and provide the perfect setting for a memorable shopping experience. Create unique displays to bring attention to sale items, new merchandise, or exclusive designs in our store and monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stock. Own the back-of-house execution while assisting in maintaining a clean and organized selling floor and stockroom. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $16.50 and $18.50 / hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
