Jr. Healthcare Operations Associate Attorney

Our client, a highly-regarded AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join their national Healthcare practice . The position is available in multiple office locations, with a strong preference for the Denver office .

Candidate Profile :

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of substantive experience in healthcare law .
• Demonstrated knowledge of one or more of the following healthcare law areas : State licensure of healthcare entities and practitioners . Government payor enrollment , reimbursement , and audits (Medicare, Medicaid, and contracted Medicare / Medicaid plans). Healthcare fraud and abuse laws , including federal anti-kickback, Stark Law, and CMP provisions. Government investigations and related litigation . HIPAA , privacy , and security compliance . Healthcare system operations and / or payor contracting . Regulatory or transactional support for healthcare M&A deals .
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
• Motivated self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and the ambition to contribute to the growth of the national healthcare practice.
