Description
Job Summary : Deposit Operations process all deposit-related accounts, including DDA, SAV, TDA, and IRA. This would include processing incoming and outgoing wires, both domestic and international, reviewing and correcting items that did not post or exception transactions, and balancing related general ledger accounts. This position will work with various other departments regarding deposit-related accounts.
Primary Duties
- Process Wire transfers both domestic and international
- Ensure new accounts are opened accurately and received on the same day.
- Balance demand deposit accounts.
- Set up ACH transfers
- Complete account maintenance
- Review, research, and correct unpostable or exception items
- Process Return Items
- Other duties as assigned within this department or other departments.
- Must be able to work over time when necessary
