What You'll Be Doing
As the Operations Project Coordinator, you'll ensure every show is fully prepared, loaded, and on track to wow its audience.
Project Management - Coordinate the logistics of each event from gear pulls to show-ready status
Documentation & Order Review - Manage schedules, event paperwork, equipment orders, and transfers with accuracy and attention to detail
Team Communication - Liaise between departments like Show Services, Logistics, Technical Services, and Account Executives
Inventory & Consumables Oversight - Maintain accurate counts and resolve shortages ahead of events
Warehouse Support - Monitor equipment condition, report issues, and manage readiness of outgoing and incoming inventory
Safety & Site Awareness - Reinforce safety procedures and provide on-site support during show setups
Client Experience - Assist in building strong client relationships and maintain a professional presence during events
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in event production coordination, AV logistics, or related operations
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Confidence in handling documentation, inventory systems, and multi-department workflows
A team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
A safety-first mindset and ability to thrive in high-energy environments
