Posting Summary
Rutgers University-Camden is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the Campus Housing department. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housing Operations, this position coordinates facilities maintenance services in the new housing operations work control center, and operations support for the entire Rutgers University-Camden Campus Housing community including those offices located within the housing buildings. Performs work control center data entry computer input. It also includes independent work on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System / School Dude) database, maintaining continuous operation of system, answers telephones, coordinates with students, departments and contractor services. Provides daily calendar updates of scheduled inspections, work orders completion status and other relevant issues and is liaison with the Residence Life staff informing them about issues, work projects that will affect any changes to the student experience.
