A company is looking for a Funding Operations Associate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with agents, escrow, title, and brokerages to ensure timely funding of commission advances
Track and communicate updates on approved deals, including delays and documentation accuracy
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance while supporting operations and collections teams
Required Qualifications
Experience in client success, collections, loan processing, or account management
Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions
Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Professional, proactive, and accountable work ethic
