About the job
At Worksome, we help companies work with external talent in a smarter, simpler way. As our People Operations Coordinator, you'll make sure our U.S. Employer-of-Record (EOR) offering runs like a well-oiled machine.
You'll be the main point of contact for EOR employees from the moment they accept their offer to their last day. You'll handle onboarding, offboarding, HR admin tasks, and ensure compliance across the board. You'll also work closely with other teams and vendors to keep things moving smoothly. This job is based in Denver, CO.

New Hire & Onboarding
- Send offer letters, kick off onboarding, and be the go-to person for new hires in their first week.
- Make sure onboarding workflows run like clockwork : offer letters, I-9 verification, E-Verify, etc.
- Coordinate background checks and handle results based on company policy.
- Keep employee records spotless in our HRIS.
- Partner with third-party EORs to ensure onboarding is timely and accurate.
